MAKING AN ORDER
Follow the onscreen instructions on the Webstore to make an order.
Items which you select for purchase will automatically be placed in your “shopping basket”. To remove an item from your shopping basket, simply click on the “remove” (or similar) button next to the item as it appears in your basket.
Once you have pressed the “checkout” or similar button you will be asked to provide certain information to allow us or a service provider engaged by us to process your order (including your selected payment method and card details).
You will receive an order summary confirmation on screen and/or by email (provided that you have provided us with a valid email address) acknowledging that we have received your order.
SHIPPING CHARGES (flat rate) from 21.05.2024
- to EU region – with registered shipping: € 12.50
- to all other regions (WORLDWIDE) – with registered shipping: € 18.50
maximum 5 kg per each order / shipment
special offer: on orders €200,00 or more registered shipping to EU countries will be free of charge!
PAYMENT
We can accept only Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments.
By paying using your credit or debit card you confirm that the card is yours and that there are sufficient funds or credit available to cover the charges.
PRE-ORDER, SHIPPING FEE
In our SHOP available pre-orders possibility for planned (in progress) releases.
If you order any PRE-ORDER article, you not should to pay advance, just later, when ordered article has been released. Then we send an email to Customer with all details from ordered article and shipping & payment informations.
PRE-ORDER at us is free!
If you order any PRE-ORDER article together with available items, you must be pay postal fee JUST ONCE!
For example: you make an order for two available vinyls ( €39,80 )+ 2 pre-order items ( €0,00 ) there will be payable shipping fee as € 20 , so you should to pay total €59,80. When the pre-ordered items are available, we send them WITHOUT ANY POSTAL CHARGE to you, as 2nd package of one-time-order. So you pay just one time for shipping!
DELIVERY
Your order will be fulfilled within 7-9 days of the order confirmation.
We will not be liable to you for failures, defects or delays in delivery caused by:
your provision of incorrect information.

Delivery partners: GLS, DPD, postmail services
